The chef : Louis-François Marcotte has an impressive career path for a chef who is only 31 years old. In fact, he opened his first restaurant at only 19 years old. He his the author of six cook books, as La Boucherie, and since 2007 we can watch him in sevral tv shows passing down his passion for cooking. Currently he his the owner of the restaurant Cabine M at the airport Montréal- Trudeau.
Louis-François Marcotte is a nature lover and a hunter. Happy in the kitchen or in the woods, it was a natural move to join the Tablée’s team with such enthusiasm!
